Not much update here. A very short update

 We are at the tail end of Feb 2025. This is usually a very short month of the year. I am still waiting for my Multi-Sector Income fund dividend. Again this is a short month so the income dividend could come in later.

I had almost double my investment on Pimco Income Fund after my consolidation, FTX money back, and a few hundred more from saving, they shown that my Pimco Income dividend was estimated to be around $600 a year or $50 a month. 

 Since my Feb dividend income not all in yet, I will provide an update maybe next week.

 Dear all,  This is the second month which I am fully committed to the investment of Income funds. As a newbie, I am very confused over the way income was recognized. The key issue was due to the difference in the date between the dividend was declared vs the date the dividend reached the bank. It could take a week or even two weeks for these dividends to reach your bank account.  I revised my dividend income amount for January 2025. Below is my dividend for both GreatLink Multi-Sector Income Fund and US Income Fund. GreatLink Multi-Sector Income Fund GreatLink US Income and Growth Fund   On total, for the month of January, I received $1,038.87. It was a very decent turn. Happy 2025 and a new road ahead

Happy 2025 to everyone who may read the post now or in the future. This is the first blog I have which I find mean and purpose in. 2024 was not a happy year for me. From a regular check up, the scan found a 5.1cm nodule which turned out to be a thyroid cancer. It was a stage 1 thyroid cancer whereby I underwent a surgery and radioactive iodine treatment. All my cancer cells were successfully removed. What is left would be regular clinic visits and blood tests. With the help of my insurance agent, I was able to make full claim on my early critical illness payouts. It is a nice amount of money even through it is not going to make me rich to retire for good. It was early Dec 2024 when I received the payouts after much questions from the underwriters but I got it. My thyroid cancer was stage 1 so I am healthy to go back to the workforce almost immediately. I sat on the money and started to look at ways I could spend the money. My 45th birthday and an update on my monthly individend.

Hi my friends,  I just realised that I had been everywhere in the blog. I am not a professional blogger or I am selling anything so I do not think about what I want to post till I am right in front of the computer. Perhaps I should do better planning in the days ahead.  Talking about planning. I think I should set targets but let me sit on it first. My Syfe Pimco Fund was transferred from other Syfe accounts and was fully invested. It seemed to take a week from the transfer of the fund to the purchase of the units in Syfe. To gain monthly dividends payout from the Pimco fund, I would need to invest at least $5,000 into it. Plus the $570 fund invested this week, I had invested about $4,200 into the fund. Yet to see or hear anything about the dividend yet. I will be pushing another $1,000 into the account so that I could get to see the cash dividends.
